We understand that circumstances happen that may prevent you from starting or completing a delivery. If an emergency does occur, you must reach out to Ally Support as early as possible and communicate the issue so that the Order can be reassigned to another Driver.  


Simply dropping an Order because you didn’t plan properly or you’re stuck in traffic is not a valid reason for doing so. When you accept responsibility for an Order and the failure to fulfill that promise often results in a poor customer experience.  


If the Merchant lodges a dispute the Driver or Drivers responsible for that poor customer experience will be held responsible for the Delivery Fee/Tip and/or the full cost of the order. Disputes are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
