There are scenarios where the driver may receive incorrect delivery information and deliver an order to the wrong address. That is not the driver’s responsibility.
However, if the driver has the correct address in the Service Ally app and delivers to an incorrect location, the driver forfeits both the delivery fee and tip. If a Dispute is lodged by the Merchant, you may be held responsible for the full cost of the order. Disputes are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
There are also situations where the driver may click the address link in the Service Ally app and their chosen GPS application navigates to the wrong location. Because drivers are responsible for checking this information before starting their trip, this would be the driver’s responsibility.
