Much of this depends on whether the Merchant lodged a dispute with Ally and the circumstances surrounding the delivery. If a dispute is lodged by a Merchant, we give you every opportunity to respond. That’s one of the reasons it is critical that you swipe/tap on time and take notes.
If a Delivery is not successful due to the fault of the Driver, this can result in the forfeiture of the Delivery Fee/Tip and/or the full cost of the Order. In certain circumstances (i.e., multiple unsuccessful deliveries over a short period of time), this may also result in suspension of your account.
