A successful Delivery consists of the following:

  1. Being at the Pickup Location on or before the Pickup Time

  2. Delivering the Order on or before the Dropoff Time

  3. Completing your swipes/taps on time and keeping notes 

  4. Traveling directly to the Delivery Location and delivering the Order as soon as possible

  5. Not tampering with the contents or packaging of the goods being transported

  6. Following the Pickup Instructions and Delivery Instructions

  7. Being respectful and courteous

  8. Respecting the Customer’s property

  9. Communicating with the Merchant and the Customer
