You are notified of orders via in-app push notifications and/or SMS notifications. To view the order details and accept an order, go into the Service Ally app, mark yourself as, “On Duty,” and accept the orders you’re available to complete. Please make sure the ZIP Code at the top of the orders page in the Service Ally App is correct. When you accept an order, you take complete responsibility for the sucessful delivery of that order.
